  • Aussie Pet Mobile – Lehigh Valley is a franchisee of Aussie Pet Mobile, Inc., collectively referred to as Aussie Pet Mobile® in this form. Aussie Pet Mobile® and Pennsylvania law requires your pet(s) to have a current rabies vaccination, for each pet being groomed. Please confirm that your pet(s) being groomed is/are current with their rabies vaccination and that the rabies certificate is available for inspection. While Aussie Pet Mobile® adheres to stringent sanitation procedures for all vans and equipment; we strongly recommend that each pet be vaccinated against distemper, hepatitis, para-influenza adenovirus type 2, and parvovirus prior to being groomed.

    Aussie Pet Mobile® has the right in its sole discretion to refuse to groom any pet(s) that may be a threat to it, any human, or other animal. Please inform us if your pet(s) has/have bitten any human or another animal or has/have aggressive tendencies. If we are unable to safely remove a cat from its carrier, or place a muzzle on a dog that may bite, then it is within our sole discretion to refuse to provide any grooming services for the protection of the pet(s) and the groomer. The grooming process may be especially stressful for an older pet, and the pet(s) may get loose or injured in the process of trying to escape if it is undergoing a great amount of stress. Aussie Pet Mobile® does not use any type of tranquilizer(s) on any pet(s).

    Aussie Pet Mobile® Authorization for Shaving Pet(s) and/or Flea and Tick Treatment

    Shaving the pet(s) often exposes pre-existing skin conditions. If an animal is badly matted, sores, and tender skin may exist under the mats. Many times, the skin is so sore that the clippers may cut the skin, especially when taking mats off a cat that has very thin skin. There is no way to avoid this despite how slowly and carefully we proceed with all pets. It is within the sole discretion of Aussie Pet Mobile® to determine if the pet(s) is/are matted. If the de-matting process takes additional time, a charge will be applied at a rate of $10 per additional 15 minutes.

    Aussie Pet Mobile® uses natural and commercial, veterinarian approved solutions and procedures to treat your pet(s) for fleas and ticks. Some animals are sensitive to these solutions and procedures and may experience an allergic or other reaction that may be serious. If Aussie Pet Mobile® notices any such problems with your pet(s), you will be notified immediately and it is within the sole discretion of Aussie Pet Mobile® to terminate the procedure immediately for the safety of the animal, but you will still be charged for the service.

    Aussie Pet Mobile® must be given at least 24 hours prior notice of the cancellation of an appointment. IF Aussie Pet Mobile® arrives and the pet(s) is/are not available, a trip fee of $60 will be charged to cover the cost for time and fuel. Aussie Pet Mobile® is not obliged to wait longer than 10 minutes for you to make the pet(s) available.

    Aussie Pet Mobile® accepts MasterCard and Visa. Returned checks for any reason are subject to a minimum service charge of $25, plus any additional collection fees, including legal fees.

    Tipping the groomer is at your discretion.

    Your prior consent is required to perform the above service(s).


    I am the owner/caregiver of the pet(s) to be serviced by Aussie Pet Mobile® and I have read and understand the foregoing cautions and conditions printed above. I realize pet grooming may cause injury or allergic or other reactions to my pet(s), and I still want Aussie Pet Mobile® to perform the grooming. Therefore, I consent to and authorize the grooming of my pet(s) by Aussie Pet Mobile® pursuant to the above terms, and I release Aussie Pet Mobile®, its employees, agents, franchisees, directors and officers, and groomers from any responsibility or liability for harm to my pet(s) arising out of the performance of any grooming services. I agree to be personally liable for any and all harm, personal injury and/or property damage caused by my pet(s).
